We Clean, You Relax

We came to visit some family in Muskegon and had a great time at the beach house. It was very clean and looked just like the pictures.

The house smelled amazing and fresh when we first walked in. Everything was so cute and more than what we expected. The host was very communicative and seemed easy to reach if we needed to.

First and foremost - VERY CLEAN! This home is exactly as pictured. It is an older home, but it is completely remodeled inside, and beautifully done at that. I could tell that everything was brand new, from the bed linens to the throw pillows. We had everything we needed. The dock worked out perfect for our pontoon boat that we trailered there, and close to marinas with boat launches. Correspondence with Kimbra and Brad was almost instantaneous with any questions that I had. Great location on the lake, and close to a lot of good restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay in Kimbra's beach cottage; the location was perfect for early morning and late evening walks along the beach and channel. The cottage was as pictured: every room was neat and clean, beautifully decorated, and wonderfully comfortable. We will definitely keep this rental in mind when we are in the area again.

Such a great little beach house! Walkable to the beach/beach restaurant, clean, and amazing.

Beautiful house, clean, we walked to the beach, had deer in our backyard, and The Deck was a super fun place for cocktails, live music and very reasonably priced great food. If I was in this area again, I would book this location in a heartbeat.

We were only there for a quick one night stay, but the place worked great. It was very clean and agreat location, walked right across the street to The Deck and the beach! Enjoyed our short stay!

I would recommend this location to anyone. The proximity to the beach, the warm, clean feelingof the house itself, the beach amenities, and the gift of a bottle of wine when I arrived. It was allperfect!!!

The house was perfect for our group. Large enough for 5 adults and 2 young children to hang out comfortably. Walking distance to the beach and we really appreciated the use of a wagon and beach chairs. Very clean and well decorated. We enjoyed having coffee outside on the patio in the mornings.

Stayed at the property with my family over a holiday weekend and we had a great time.Home was clean and appeared to be recently remodeled. The early mornings andsunsets looking out on Lake Muskegon were my favorite. Nice fire pit and plenty offirewood along with a clean propane grill. Property is right on Lake Muskegon and abouta 15 min walk to Lake Michigan. Day trips to Grand Haven and Holland are very easy. Iwould recommend this property for a family looking to spend a long weekend on thewater.

I stayed with my wife and two children (5,8) at Beachwood-Bluffton for a perfect beach vacation. The house is very clean, with all the furniture and beach decorations to make ours a very comfortable vacation. The house is walking distance to the P.M.Beach & The Deck and came with some beach accessories to use. We highly recommend this to any family looking to enjoy Muskegon & Lake Michigan and will be back in the future!

We absolutely loved staying here. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, only 5 min from the beach, as that's where we spent most of our time, and the property on the outside as well was beautiful. The owners thought of everything you could need for our stay. From beach towels, to beach chairs, a wagon to pull said items in, kitchen utensils, k-cups for the Keurig etc. Only thing that could have made it a little better (which is very minor) is to have a clock or alarm clock in the bedrooms. Otherwise, our stay was wonderful. Would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the area. We will DEFINITELY use this location again, if we are back in the area.
