Ameri-Clean serves West Michigan. If you’re unsure whether we cover your specific area, feel free to contact us, and we’ll be happy to confirm.
What cleaning products do you use?
We use eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products that are safe for children, pets, and those with allergies. Our products are effective while being environmentally responsible.
On the other hand, if you have specific cleaning products that you would like for our team to use for the cleaning of your dwelling, we are very receptive to incorporating those into our cleaning plan for your property or space. Therefore, our commitment extends to the products we use so feel free to bring this to our attention at our free in-home assessment.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, you don’t need to be home while we clean. Many of our clients provide access instructions, and we’ll ensure everything is locked up securely once the cleaning is complete. However, it is our preference to have our client present during the first initial cleaning to help guide the cleaner and ensure our cleaning exceeds your expectations.

Our move-in/out cleaning includes a thorough cleaning of your home’s floors, walls, kitchens, bathrooms, and appliances. We’ll ensure your property is spotless and ready for the next occupant or for you to move in.
What’s included in your vacation rental turnover cleaning?
Our turnover cleaning includes sanitizing all surfaces, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, and restocking basic supplies (if required). We ensure your rental is guest-ready between stays and reset to your detailed specifications.
Do you offer customizable cleaning schedules for offices?
Yes! We work with office managers to create cleaning schedules that meet the specific needs of the workplace. Whether you need daily cleaning or periodic deep cleans, we’ll tailor our services to suit your schedule.

How do I book a cleaning?
You can book a cleaning by contacting us directly through our website or by calling or texting our office. We’ll schedule a free consultation to understand your needs and provide a quote.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major Credit Cards, Electronic Check and Bank Transfers including Venmo. An invoice will be emailed or mailed upon your preference.
Do you offer any discounts or promotions?
